MANCHESTER CITY NORTH STAND
Manchester City engaged Beneville Studio to contribute to the design of their new North Stand development. Collaborating with Populous, the architectural firm leading the project, we provided design insights and guidance on the facade. While Populous developed renderings of the new space, we focused on refining aesthetic and structural elements to ensure a cohesive and visually impactful final design.
MOOD BOARD - ALUMINUM FINS: LED
We proposed incorporating aluminum fins into the building's facade to create a striking architectural feature. One of our ideas includes embedding LED lights along the edges of these fins, allowing City Football to dynamically illuminate and activate the facade. This integration would bring a vibrant and engaging visual identity to the structure, transforming it into a glowing beacon that enhances the urban landscape.
MOOD BOARD - ALUMINUM FINS: PERFORATION
Our second concept explores the use of shadow art through aluminum fins. As sunlight interacts with the fins, it casts dynamic shadows onto the building's surface, transforming the facade into an evolving canvas. This interplay of light and structure would create visually compelling patterns, adding depth and movement to the architecture while seamlessly integrating natural elements into the design.
