This project began when AREA15 approached Beneville Studios to develop a dashboard for their marketing center. The goal was to provide investors and potential tenants with a clear view of available spaces, including their square footage, while also incorporating renderings by Shimahara Visual.

Initially, we explored existing digital platforms that could meet their needs but ultimately decided to design the dashboard ourselves using InDesign. Leveraging InDesign’s Adobe Publish feature, we created an interactive PDF that could be accessed online and seamlessly viewed on iPads within the marketing center.
